Medieval Tales pattern is worked using the overlay mosaic crochet technique in chevron shape. The design of this pattern has been inspired by of the Middle Eastern ancient ornaments.
You can work the sections in whichever order you want and repeat them as many times as you want to achieve a new look and expand the pattern possibilities!
The pattern will look the best if you use two contrasting colors alternating them for each R. Each repeated section you can work in a different color as well.

COLORS, COLOR CHANGING:
The pattern samples were created using 2 same colorway cakes yarn each starting from different end alternating them on each R.

Yarn Stenli Candy, color 874
Yarn weight #2 (fine/sport/baby)
Fiber content 100% soft cotton
Hook size 3.5 mm
Sample size (without fringe), shape Rectangle 78 x 104 cm / 29” x 25”
249 sts (7 repeats) worked as per written pattern
Color A: 1 cake, 280 g, 900 m
Color B: 1 cake, 280 g, 900 m
