Rather easy and harmonious from side to side pattern Floating Waves has a nice wavy texture and it allows you to make any size rectangle or square blanket, throw, afghan or scarf you wish.

The pattern is easy to follow and it will look gorgeous if you use several or even one solid color as the texture of the pattern will open up the beauty of your creation. It’s a perfect stash buster as well! You can use all your scrap yarn and make each wave in a different color.

New pattern

The pattern “Floating Waves” is very pretty. Once I get into a rhythm it goes pretty quick. With that said, I’m using worsted weight yarn as I could not find what I wanted in DK. Much thicker and hoping I have enough yarn.
